I still got some questions about MistPay and hopefully it can be answered.

Questions:

1) When someone donates for tokens with MistPay will the donation go directly to my paypal or to MistPay? If to MistPay I assume the donated money will go to my paypal when someone uses the tokens on the server?

2) How secure is MistPay and with that I mean eCheck payments and refunds/chargebacks. Does MistPay give enough information to provide a secure payment system that refunds and chargebacks will be denied?

Im not part of the support team but im definately someone who can give advice. Your first question, all donations goto your paypal directly. For the whole chargebacks and refunds im pretty sure as long as you make tos there not allowed.

SSL isn't avaible right now due to a bug. 

But I do have another question now:

When you add the module MistPay you get a "donate" button to donate for the tokens. Is there a way to edit some text so people have to agree to our terms when they press the donate button?

As far as I know, you will be directly given your money, however, MistPay will take 6% of the payment.

Also, regarding your second question, I think chargebacks and refunds are out of MistForums hand.

Not currently, but that would be a good idea.

Having a solid ToS is a good way to easily deal with charge-backs.

I'll move this to suggestions to see if we can get that implemented.
